About the Role

You will build relationships with prospective and existing individual-banking clients and present relevant products and services. You will maintain client contact, create individual client plans, analyze client needs and satisfaction, assess creditworthiness during lending processes, and support initiatives to acquire new clients.

Requirements

Higher education in economics
At least 2 years of sales and customer-service experience
Very good English proficiency
Excellent computer literacy
Communication and presentation skills
Analytical ability
Knowledge of sales targets

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with prospective and existing individual-banking clients
Present banking products and services
Maintain contact with existing clients and inform them about relevant products and services
Develop individual client plans based on specific needs
Analyze individual client needs
Monitor satisfaction across your client portfolio
Discuss lending terms and analyze client creditworthiness
Participate in initiatives to acquire new clients
