  • Ability to build cost-to-serve and margin models from compute and inference inputs
  • Experience with self-serve and sales-led motions
  • Experience shipping pricing changes for PLG subscription products and designing enterprise contracts and guardrails
  • Knowledge of pricing experiments, willingness-to-pay research, cohort analysis, SQL, and financial modeling
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own self-serve pricing and packaging, including plans, credits, allowances, rollover, top-ups, billing cadence, and regional pricing
  • Run pricing and packaging experiments with Growth and Data
  • Design enterprise conversion triggers, workspace models, contracts, pricing playbooks, discount bands, and deal guardrails
  • Create and maintain company-wide pricing principles, value metrics, and decision processes

  • Set launch and lifecycle pricing for Runway models based on cost to serve and inference costs
  • Set pricing and target margins for third-party models and support vendor-term negotiations
  • Communicate pricing changes through advance notices, usage visibility, spend controls, and customer FAQs
  • Hire and lead a small pricing team and partner with billing engineering to operationalize decisions
