About the Role
You will evaluate software applications, develop and execute test plans, and validate dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs. You will document defects, perform regression and root-cause analysis, maintain QA records, and help troubleshoot release deployments in cloud environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user acceptance or functional testing at banks or fintechs
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS products or banking infrastructure
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- SQL proficiency, including joins and multi-table queries
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Postman
- Ability to write evaluations for AI products
- Ability to write structured test plans and manual test scripts
- Knowledge of functional, performance, automation, API, and user acceptance testing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs
- Identify, document, and track defects with developers
- Perform regression testing
- Conduct root-cause analysis of defects and system failures
- Maintain test cases, scripts, results, and QA reports
- Support release management and troubleshoot cloud deployment issues
