About the Role

You will identify manual work and missing tools, define metrics and reporting requirements, and help deliver dashboards and workflow automation. You will scope lightweight builds, write engineering-ready specifications, triage tool requests, maintain a roadmap, and build relationships with business stakeholders.

Requirements

Early-career product, business operations, analytics, or technical program management experience
Data, spreadsheet, and lightweight tooling experience
SQL, no-code platform, or AI coding assistant experience
Exposure to workflow or tool design from the end-user perspective
Experience shipping a tool, process fix, or internal script
Written communication for specifications, roadmaps, and requirements

Responsibilities

Define key metrics with business stakeholders
Contribute requirements for self-service dashboards
Prioritize reporting and metric automation
Identify spreadsheet-driven workflows to automate
Scope lightweight builds and engineering work
Write engineering-ready specifications
Document opportunities for AI agents and automation
Collect, triage, and prioritize tool requests
Maintain a visible tooling roadmap
Build relationships with supported teams
