About the Role

You will lead system architecture exploration for power delivery and thermal management. You will define power specifications, architect power-delivery systems, evaluate technologies and vendors, drive vertical power delivery, and oversee solutions from concept through production deployment.

Requirements

MSEE or MSCE, equivalent industry experience, or PhD preferred
15+ years of power-delivery-systems experience
Energy-efficient system-design knowledge
Thermal-modeling and cooling-solution experience
High-current low-voltage power-delivery experience
Experience with multiphase buck regulators, digital power controllers, DrMOS, smart power stages, and integrated voltage regulators
Server or AI accelerator hardware experience

Responsibilities

Lead system architecture exploration for power delivery and thermal management
Drive vertical power-delivery innovation for high-current-density solutions
Collaborate to define and refine power specifications
Architect power-delivery systems for electrical performance and cooling efficiency
Evaluate architectures and strategic technology partners
Oversee power-delivery solutions from concept through production deployment
Collaborate with package, silicon, PCB, and mechanical engineering to optimize power delivery
