You will author and improve physical-security contract documents and reusable design templates. You will review consultant deliverables, support construction and handover activities, maintain version-controlled design libraries, and build automated workflows that improve design documentation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the contract document basis of design
- Author security-system design templates, specifications, schedules, and drawings
- Review design consultant deliverables and coordinate across disciplines
- Support bid, construction, handover, and closeout documentation
- Capture project lessons and incorporate them into design revisions
- Maintain the design library, version control, and change-management logs
- Implement automations, AI-assisted workflows, BIM add-ins, and data-processing tools
