About the Role
You will build, maintain, and communicate construction schedules based on actual field progress. You will manage CPM baselines and critical paths, produce look-aheads and schedule analyses, assess delays and recovery scenarios, coordinate schedule inputs, prepare reporting, support claims documentation, and regularly visit the site.
Requirements
- 4+ years of construction scheduling on active projects
- 4+ years of experience using Smartsheet
- 4+ years of experience with owner or construction-manager specification-driven schedules
- Ability to work extended hours, including a six-day, 12-hour construction cadence
- Ability to work in a fully onsite environment
Responsibilities
- Build baseline CPM schedules
- Maintain live schedules using field progress
- Own and analyze the critical path
- Produce short-term look-ahead schedules
- Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery scenarios
- Coordinate schedule inputs with project stakeholders and subcontractors
- Resource-load and cost-load schedules when required
- Prepare narratives, variance reports, S-curves, histograms, and executive summaries
- Support claims and delay documentation
- Enforce schedule standards and version control
- Facilitate pull-planning and Last Planner sessions
- Visit the site regularly
