About the Role
You will manage Day 0 to Day 2 site transitions, coordinate construction, network, deployment, and operations stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness. You will track risks, build transition frameworks and dashboards, validate handovers, coordinate vendors, and improve transition processes.

Responsibilities
- Own Day 0 to Day 2 transitions for assigned data-center sites
- Define and maintain transition frameworks and readiness checklists
- Track and close cross-team action items, dependencies, and blockers
- Identify and escalate go-live risks
- Coordinate construction, network, deployment, facility engineering, service delivery, and local operations teams
- Confirm staffing, training, tooling, and support readiness
- Create and validate operating procedures, tool bills of materials, and handover documentation
- Validate monitoring, ticketing, and ITSM processes
- Define Day 2 readiness criteria and drive remediation
- Coordinate vendors, colocation providers, and supply-chain activities
- Track transition KPIs and KRIs
- Build dashboards and produce transition reports
