About the Role
You will translate technical program plans into on-road operational plans and lead testing, validation, demonstrations, and customer programs. You will coordinate technical and operational stakeholders, maintain readiness and process quality, use data to improve testing, and support global on-site programs.
Requirements
- Experience in technical program management or operations across R&D, product development, and field testing
- Experience coordinating technical development teams and operational execution
- Experience with test planning, operational-readiness frameworks, and feedback loops
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional workshop facilitation skills
- Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and stakeholder presentations
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
- Problem-solving skills in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or field robotics operations is desirable
- Experience with automotive testing protocols or validation frameworks is desirable
- Data analysis and performance-tracking experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Confluence, Asana, Jira, Lean, or Six Sigma is desirable
Responsibilities
- Convert program plans into actionable on-road operational plans
- Lead testing, validation, demonstration, and customer-specific programs
- Coordinate technical teams and operations for safe testing and feedback capture
- Create feedback loops between development teams and field operations
- Maintain experiment design, vehicle availability, and process quality
- Use fleet data, systems, and metrics to improve testing processes and tooling
- Explore experimental methods including adversarial route selection and edge-case testing
- Build partnerships with model-development teams to maximize test and dataset value
- Travel internationally to support on-site program coordination
