About the Role
You will improve operations for data-center and AI-compute facilities. You will develop workflow standards, dashboards, metrics, reports, and automation; analyze operational issues; conduct audits; improve maintenance processes; and standardize procurement, facility services, and construction operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years of operations or process-improvement experience, including qualifying internship experience
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed
- Ability to take occasional short-notice domestic travel
Responsibilities
- Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA queues, Power BI dashboards, and workflows
- Support continuous-improvement projects and process standardization
- Identify workflow gaps across the business
- Define operational metrics and dashboards
- Analyze data with SQL and other methods to identify trends
- Create reports, tools, and standardized operational metrics
- Develop automation to reduce business risk and improve facility efficiency
- Conduct operations audits for repair, maintenance, and construction engineering teams
- Enhance maintenance programs
- Implement construction-management or maintenance tools
- Analyze site-service contracts and roadmap improvements
- Build reports for facility and site directors
- Standardize material libraries and procurement processes
- Align maintenance and construction teams across sites
