About the Role
You will lead on-shift operations at customer sites and supervise Field Operations Associates. You will maintain site readiness, oversee procedures, test robot releases, diagnose hardware and software issues, perform maintenance, analyse operational data, resolve incidents, document findings, and communicate field feedback to engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or technical equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or automotive integration, deployment, and development
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and networking systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance experience
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
- Business-fluent English
- Unrestricted right to work and live in the European Union
Responsibilities
- Supervise Field Operations Associates at customer sites
- Lead on-shift operations and ensure tools, spare parts, and equipment are available
- Oversee standard operating procedures and document field learnings
- Test product releases and robot capabilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues using logs, diagnostics, and field observations
- Perform maintenance where appropriate
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data
- Track, document, and reproduce software and hardware issues
- Resolve production incidents with service and engineering teams
- Act as the primary on-shift liaison between deployed locations and offices
