About the Role

You will own paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI advertising surfaces. You will build Lovable-based agents and automations to monitor performance, pace budgets, flag issues, and make changes. You will scale social creative, use DSPs for programmatic campaigns, maintain tracking and measurement, and run tests on audiences, bids, and creative.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid search and paid social experience
  • Experience owning significant budgets across Google and Meta
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads and at least one DSP, including DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk
  • Experience building automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimisation
  • Comfort with platform APIs and data extraction
  • Experience scaling paid social through creative
  • Knowledge of CAC and payback
  • Experience using AI and building agents
  • Technical depth in data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Run paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI advertising surfaces
  • Set account structures, bids, budgets, and targets
  • Build agents and automations to monitor performance, pace and shift budgets, flag issues, and make campaign changes
  • Scale paid social through diversified creative assets
  • Use DSPs for prospecting, retargeting, and new inventory
  • Build and debug tracking, including server-side tracking, CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent, and deduplication
  • Write queries to evaluate channel incrementality
  • Run tests on audiences, bids, and creative
