About the Role
You will own People Operations for the Nordic hub while building scalable global processes. You will stabilize time and attendance, implement and improve People systems, manage employee lifecycle compliance and statutory reporting, support employee relations, and improve operational documentation and automation.

Responsibilities
- Partner with People and Payroll teams to stabilize time and attendance processes
- Lead implementation and improvement of People systems, including Workday
- Manage employee lifecycle compliance with Nordic employment law and global People processes
- Support employee relations matters
- Manage statutory HR reporting under Norwegian law
- Own day-to-day People Operations administration and identify automation opportunities
- Contribute to cross-functional systems, process design, and compliance projects
- Build scalable processes and documentation
