About the Role
You will lead Payment Risk Operations Analysts, oversee card scheme monitoring and high risk entity registrations, drive scheme rule compliance initiatives, set team goals, report progress, collaborate with partners and merchants, improve operational processes, recruit team members, and coach them on compliance monitoring and investigations.
Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of formal people management experience
- Have at least 7 years of payment operations experience in risk and compliance at a fintech or technology company
- Define robust processes and improve operational workflows
- Build effective relationships with external and cross-functional partners
- Have strong problem-solving capabilities
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally
