About the Role
You will own the intake of new process requests and design partner operations workflows from scratch. You will create Claude-powered automations, maintain decision-ready program data, enable partners and internal teams, coordinate cross-functional work, and report operational metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking
- Business operations, partner operations, channel operations, or product operations experience
- Project management experience influencing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools
- Data analysis and reporting-platform experience
- Analytical ability to derive insights from complex datasets
Responsibilities
- Own, triage, scope, and prioritize intake for new process requests
- Design and iterate new partner operations workflows, documentation, and requirements
- Build and operate Claude-powered automations and AI workflows
- Lead special cross-functional operations projects
- Manage process and data for registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding
- Encode program policies in systems and maintain partner data hygiene
- Create guidance for partners, Partner Managers, and Account Executives
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Establish service levels and report operational metrics
