About the Role
You will lead staffing strategy and capacity planning for the Solutions organization. You will build staffing metrics, reporting, automations, and prioritization frameworks; improve onboarding-to-allocation workflows; and align talent deployment with customer demand and business priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, staffing, chief of staff, or resource management
- Process optimization and business KPI experience
- Analytical skills
- Salesforce experience
- Data warehouse experience
- BI tool experience
- Negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Technical understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native-level English fluency
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute staffing strategy and capacity plans
- Build recruitment prioritization frameworks
- Improve matching between skills and customer requirements
- Advise Solutions leadership on organizational design and scaling
- Define and report staffing efficiency KPIs
- Design staffing processes, automations, and tools
- Optimize onboarding-to-project-allocation workflows
- Eliminate staffing workflow bottlenecks
- Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR
- Prepare executive-review materials
