About the Role

Manage multiple partner companies and plan and implement initiatives to expand PayPay merchant acceptance and maximize transaction volume. Analyze partner performance, identify issues, propose solutions, promote PayPay usage and value-added services, respond to operational inquiries, and lead cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate sales or agency sales
  • Experience in solution sales focused on understanding and solving customer problems
  • At least one year of professional experience using Excel pivot tables, formulas, and PowerPoint
  • Experience planning and promoting projects
  • Experience using generative AI for business improvement and efficiency
  • Business-level English experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of payment-related services, especially e-commerce, is desirable

  • Manage multiple partner companies
  • Plan and implement initiatives with partner companies
  • Analyze partner performance
  • Conduct issue discovery and solution proposals
  • Promote PayPay usage at merchants
  • Propose value-added services
  • Respond to contract, system, and application-status inquiries
  • Lead new initiatives and coordinate related departments
