About the Role

You'll report to the Global Head of Partnerships as a strategic operator with deep fintech and digital asset ecosystem expertise. You'll own and deepen executive relationships with key partners, embed sales expertise into Channel and Alliance partner organizations, and lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships. You'll represent the company externally at industry events and conferences, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal, and analyze market trends to spot emerging opportunities across blockchain, digital assets, and fintech.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins, DeFi ecosystems, and the broader digital asset landscape
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and deepen executive relationships with key partners, serving as the primary strategic liaison
  • Embed expertise and sales rigor into Channel and Alliance partner organizations
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships across the ecosystem
  • Represent the company externally through industry events, conferences, and thought leadership engagements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to align partnership initiatives with business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities across blockchain, digital assets, and fintech
