About the Role
You will own the liquidity provider program, monitor marketplace depth and coverage, manage partner tiers and relationships, and improve engagement and retention. You will use funnel analysis to guide growth decisions, support marketplace quality, and work on user risk and dispute reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, account management, or relationship management for high-value users or clients
- Experience leading partner programs at scale
- Experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships
- Strong data analysis and funnel management skills
- Experience building programs from 0 to 1
- Background in payments, remittance, fintech, internet marketplaces, or similar industries
- Working proficiency in English
- Working proficiency in Mandarin may be required
