About the Role
You will run the administrative and operational backbone of investor relations. You will coordinate meetings and events, prepare executives for investor conversations, manage vendors and records, track deliverables, document recurring processes, and support review of investor-facing materials.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings
- Plan and execute investor events and visits
- Prepare executives for investor conversations and capture follow-ups
- Manage IR vendor relationships, budgets, and performance
- Set agendas, track deliverables, and follow up on commitments
- Maintain investor records, contact databases, and shared materials
- Serve as a contact for logistical and administrative questions
- Build and improve recurring IR processes
- Coordinate review of investor-facing materials
- Support ad hoc investor relations projects
