About the Role
You will support onboarding, office operations, People administration, and event logistics. You will coordinate with workspace and vendor contacts, manage supplies and records, handle practical requests, and simplify or automate a repetitive People or Operations workflow.
Requirements
- Be a student able to obtain a 6-month internship agreement starting between January and March 2027
- Have native or near-native French and professional English
- Demonstrate use of AI or automation to eliminate repetitive work
- Be based in Paris and able to attend the office regularly
- Demonstrate organization, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and run onboarding for new joiners and improve existing flows
- Coordinate with the building and workspace provider on reception, access, and room bookings
- Handle supplies, deliveries, and day-to-day vendor contact
- Maintain PTO tracking and People records and support expense tracking
- Run logistics for onsites and offsites
- Handle practical requests from teams
- Simplify or automate a repetitive People or Operations workflow using AI or automation tools
