About the Role
You will manage day-to-day people and finance operations, including onboarding, payroll-related administration, invoices, monthly close, compliance, and safety. You will automate repetitive processes, support urgent recruiting or business-development work, and progressively take on more operational judgment and ownership.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with strong internship experience or up to about one year of full-time work
- Ability to reconcile invoices and work accurately with numbers
- Discretion when handling salaries, health information, and personal information
- Experience with systems such as an HRIS, Notion, or Slack
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Interest in using AI to automate work
Responsibilities
- Manage people operations including onboarding, contracts, leave, pay, equity, and visas
- Manage finance operations and the monthly close
- Reconcile invoices and pay suppliers
- Maintain compliance with Dutch employment and safety rules
- Automate manual and repetitive processes using AI
- Support priority recruiting and business-development work
- Document processes and fix operational gaps
