About the Role

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and recurring people programs. You will maintain accurate employee data, improve workflows through automation, reconcile HR data, and support California compliance reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist experience with employee-lifecycle ownership
• HRIS administration experience with employee records, workflow configuration, reporting, and data integrity
• Knowledge of California employment law, leave administration, and wage-and-hour compliance
• Experience partnering with Payroll and Finance on employee changes, benefits, leaves, and reconciliations
• Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to audit and reconcile HR data

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding with People, IT, Finance, Payroll, and hiring managers
• Maintain employee data and People workflows in Rippling
• Process payroll-impacting employee changes, benefits, leaves, and employment transitions
• Administer benefits and leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, parental leave, and 401(k) coordination
• Maintain compliance and reporting practices, including I-9, wage and hour, EEO-1, California Pay Data Reporting, and ACA reporting
