About the Role
You will support the Head of Policy, develop national-security policy and capability recommendations for AI risks, use trusted relationships with discretion, share policy perspectives sensitively, and advocate recommendations with government, media, and nonprofit audiences.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI national security risks, including loss of control, recursive self-improvement, catastrophic misuse, and rapid AI capability growth
- Intelligence community, defense, regulatory, or academic national-security expertise
- Understanding of DC policy processes, communities, and mechanisms
- Project-based work
