About the Role
You will lead executive customer engagements from discovery through handoff. You will define high-value use cases, assess technical feasibility, configure workflows and integrations, enable customer teams, manage delivery scope, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate product gaps and customer needs to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, deployment strategy, technical consulting, or engagement management
- Understand agentic coding and LLM production workflows
- Use Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
- Read Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Have shipped AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
- Scope enterprise interventions that deliver value quickly
- Build trust with C-suite stakeholders and engineering leaders
Responsibilities
- Scope customer projects with executive sponsors
- Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews
- Configure workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling
- Lead technical enablement and customer adoption
- Monitor feasibility and adjust delivery scope
- Identify and scope expansion opportunities

- Build reusable delivery playbooks
