About the Role
You will own the technical strategy and customer journey for a portfolio of public sector customers. You will develop AI architectures and account plans, lead discovery and evaluations, guide customers toward production adoption, coordinate specialists, and track technical progress, adoption, and mission impact.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding complex organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption
- Experience working with government agencies, public institutions, or government contractors
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier models, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, and enterprise AI workflows
- Ability to prototype and work with APIs, SDKs, Python, or JavaScript
- Technical account planning and customer portfolio prioritization experience
- Public sector mission or customer-segment expertise
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for public sector customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead customer discovery and prioritize AI use cases
- Develop applied AI architectures across models, data, integration, identity, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Track adoption, account health, production readiness, and mission impact
- Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
