You will process inbound complaint data, validate AI investigation outputs, enrich selectors, and route cases into investigative pipelines. You will maintain shift handoffs, support asset recovery operations, and participate in an on-call rotation for high-priority events.
Requirements
- One to three years of investigative or analytical experience in the private or public sector.
- AI fluency and judgment when using AI tools.
- Interest in developing blockchain analysis skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Validate and route complaint dispositions.
- Identify AI false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns.
- Enrich complaint selectors using commercial data-source integrations.
- Maintain clean shift handoffs for continuous operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for high-priority events.
- Respond to complaint surges and takedown events.
