About the Role
You will partner with senior business leaders and technical stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, define success metrics, and deliver AI workflows from ideation through adoption. You will train customer teams on a no-code platform, lead change management, capture product feedback, and contribute playbooks, case studies, and best practices. You will support Portuguese-speaking customers and travel occasionally for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Ability to engage technical stakeholders and senior executives
- Experience delivering solutions in complex organizations
- Experience operating in a startup environment
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or teams is preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and technical teams to scope high-value AI use cases and align on success metrics
- Lead customer engagements from ideation through delivery and drive long-term adoption
- Identify AI workflow opportunities that deliver ROI, efficiency, and competitive advantage
- Train customer teams to build and iterate on AI workflows using the no-code platform
- Drive onboarding and adoption of delivered solutions
- Surface customer needs, patterns, and insights to inform the product roadmap
- Contribute playbooks, case studies, and best practices
- Lead relationships with Portuguese-speaking customers
- Travel occasionally for customer engagements
