About the Role
You will identify high-impact customer tasks to automate by analyzing data and understanding customer needs. You will serve as the primary customer contact, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate solutions, coordinate training, and deliver demos and results to strategic audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions for customers
- Business and engineering education is ideal
- Experience working with AI/ML systems is preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one backend language, such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ship quickly, iterate rapidly, and own the full solution lifecycle
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
Responsibilities
