About the Role
You will define customer learning and certification strategy across academy, help-center, and in-product education. You will build persona-based curricula, assessments, certification standards, and content in multiple formats. You will design agentic content-production workflows, own publishing and localization, guide learning designers and a certification developer, and partner on release readiness and learning metrics.

Responsibilities
- Build persona-based curricula with learning outcomes and assessments
- Define certification competencies, exam design, pass standards, recertification, and credential verification
- Select learning formats and produce written, video, and audio content
- Design agentic production workflows, review gates, and content rubrics
- Own publishing, maintenance, and localization across learning surfaces
- Guide learning experience designers and a certification developer
- Partner on release readiness and learning success metrics
