About the Role
You will review and triage alerts across email, chat, text, and messaging channels within service-level targets. You will identify compliance risks, document and investigate cases, escalate complex matters, use AI-assisted surveillance tools, improve alert quality, and build expertise in crypto regulations and market conduct.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin
- Experience with AI-driven compliance tools, large language models, or workflow automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize unstructured text and present concise findings
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with e-communications surveillance software or lexicon monitoring tools preferred
- Knowledge of market abuse, insider trading, or conduct risk preferred
- Crypto, digital asset, Web3, or multilingual operations experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review and triage electronic-communications alerts within SLA timelines
- Identify policy breaches, misconduct, and operational risk indicators
- Maintain complete case documentation and audit trails
- Gather background information and evidence for flagged communications
- Prepare fact-based case summaries
- Escalate ambiguous, high-risk, and complex matters
- Meet daily quality and output targets
- Use AI-assisted surveillance tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Provide feedback to improve alert parameters and model accuracy
- Improve surveillance workflows
- Participate in training on crypto regulation, market conduct, and compliance technology
