About the Role
You will lead mobile AI engineering and define the roadmap for chat, capture, agent workflows, workspace questions and answers, and creation flows. You will take ideas from exploration to launch, use feedback and data to guide decisions, improve reliability and performance, and develop foundations for rapid iteration across mobile, web, and server systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Mobile AI engineering team
- Define and evolve the mobile AI product roadmap
- Take mobile AI ideas from exploration to shipped product
- Use prototypes, user feedback, and product data to prioritize work
- Identify instrumentation gaps, reliability risks, and performance bottlenecks
- Build technical foundations across mobile, web, and server systems
- Recruit, coach, and grow engineers
