About the Role

You will lead full-cycle hiring across technical, product, go-to-market, and corporate roles. You will define roles and evaluation rubrics, coach hiring stakeholders, source and assess exceptional candidates, and manage senior and executive closes. You will maintain recruiting data, measure hiring quality, document processes, and use market intelligence to improve searches.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience for research, engineering, or other deeply technical roles
• Experience owning complex searches end-to-end
• Track record of closing candidates in competitive processes
• Experience defining roles, rubrics, and evaluation processes
• Experience coaching hiring managers
• ATS discipline and recruiting-data rigor
• Experience with structured screens, scorecards, calibrated loops, and recruiting metrics
• Based in San Francisco and able to work from the office four or more days per week

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across engineering, research, product, solutions architecture, GTM, and G&A roles
• Run candidate onsites and close senior and executive hires
• Coach stakeholders and senior leaders to define new roles
• Build role-specific evaluation rubrics and hiring processes
• Source and assess high-quality candidates
• Strengthen candidate value propositions and unblock stalled searches
• Measure quality of hire and conduct hiring look-backs
• Maintain reportable Ashby data and document processes in Notion
