About the Role
You will lead a portfolio of protocol clients across both pre and post TGE, managing their ongoing operational needs including data changes, adding users, and bug fixes. You will take in client spreadsheets, act as a temporary data admin, and upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy. You will build and configure complex APIs connecting the platform to clients' custody accounts, and communicate client-reported bugs and needs directly with the engineering team. You will listen to clients through a high cadence of meetings, surface issues early, deliver status updates, and coordinate with sales to convert investor prospects. You will contribute commercial impact by upselling investor-facing products and work closely with CX, Custody, and Protocol team members to deliver integrated service.
Requirements
- Crypto background with ability to speak credibly with protocol teams and token issuers
- Familiarity with tokens, vesting, and custody concepts
- Blend of client-facing experience (customer success, account management, or sales) and technical/operational execution ability
- Strong data and spreadsheet skills with comfort performing data validation and quality control
- Experience with API configuration or technical integration work
- Strong communication skills able to manage high meeting volume and multiple concurrent client relationships
- High level of organization and reliability under heavy concurrent workload
- Commercial instinct to spot expansion, upsell, and conversion opportunities
Responsibilities
- Drive operational and data execution, acting as a temporary data admin for client spreadsheets
- Upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy
- Build and configure complex APIs connecting the platform to clients' custody accounts
- Communicate client-reported bugs and needs to the engineering team as primary point of contact
- Lead a portfolio of protocol clients across pre and post TGE
- Manage ongoing operational needs including data changes, user additions, and bug fixes
- Collaborate with the broader organization to own client requests, feature requests, and bug resolution
- Deliver status updates to clients and coordinate with sales to convert investor prospects
- Listen to clients through a high cadence of meetings, surfacing issues early and discovering opportunities
- Upsell investor-facing products and expand existing relationships
- Coordinate with CX, Custody, and Protocol team members for integrated service delivery
