About the Role
Lead protocol client operations across pre- and post-TGE engagements, including data administration, API configuration, client issue coordination, relationship management, and commercial expansion.
Requirements
- Crypto background with familiarity with tokens, vesting, and custody concepts.
- Client-facing experience in customer success, account management, or sales combined with technical or operational execution.
- Strong data and spreadsheet skills, including data validation and quality control.
- Experience with API configuration or technical integration work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage many concurrent client relationships.
- High organization and reliability under a heavy concurrent workload.
- Commercial instinct for expansion, upselling, and conversion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational and data execution for client spreadsheets.
- Upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy.
- Build and configure APIs connecting the platform to clients' custody accounts.
- Communicate client-reported bugs and needs to engineering as the primary point of contact.
- Lead a portfolio of protocol clients across pre- and post-TGE stages.
- Manage data changes, user additions, bug fixes, and other client requests.
- Coordinate client, feature, and bug-resolution requests across the organization.
- Deliver client status updates and coordinate with sales on investor prospects.
- Manage frequent client meetings, surface issues, and identify opportunities.
- Upsell investor-facing products and expand existing relationships.
- Coordinate with CX, Custody, and Protocol teams for integrated service delivery.
