About the Role
Support manufacturing and power infrastructure functions by sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent; advise hiring managers, manage the recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, provide updates, lead compensation negotiations, create intake forms, and structure interview processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across manufacturing roles in a high-volume setting
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Salary and equity negotiation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed hiring goals
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
