About the Role
You own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical searches across engineering, AI, infrastructure, product, and design. You build AI-forward sourcing systems, create personalized outreach, map talent pools, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track funnel performance, test messaging, and evaluate new sourcing tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical or engineering sourcing experience
- Experience using AI sourcing tools, agents, and automation
- Experience building sourcing programs, pipelines, or AI and automation workflows from scratch
- Technical literacy, including the ability to read GitHub profiles and understand research papers or engineering blogs
- Organizational skills for systems, calibration, market mapping, and pipeline updates
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and urgency with limited instruction
- Creativity in developing recruiting touch points
- Ability to prioritize candidate experience and advocate for candidates
- Experience with Ashby and sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Noon, and Metaview
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infra, Product, and Design
- Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using sourcing tools, agents, and automation
- Design and iterate on personalized, technically credible outreach
- Build reusable prompts, templates, and workflows
- Map talent pools and competitive companies to identify undiscovered candidates
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and define searchable criteria
- Track conversion and response rates and A/B test messaging
- Evaluate new AI sourcing tools and share effective practices
