About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer, with a focus on technical and corporate hiring. You will source candidates, conduct screening interviews, assess qualifications, manage compensation conversations, partner with hiring leaders, maintain job descriptions, and coordinate external recruitment agencies when needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruiting experience across technical and corporate functions
  • Experience as an in-house or staffing-agency recruiter
  • Experience sourcing technical roles in a high-tech company
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing sites, including Ashby or similar systems and LinkedIn

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment for technical, corporate, GTM, and marketing roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels
  • Evaluate applicants’ technical knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
  • Manage compensation conversations and candidate presentations
  • Conduct screening interviews using recruiting and selection methods
  • Monitor talent-market dynamics and industry benchmarks
  • Own requisitions from intake through close
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build teams
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Serve as a candidate point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate relationships with recruitment agencies
