About the Role
Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters and sourcers while owning recruiting execution across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, Product, and other technical organizations. Set recruiting strategy, partner with executives on workforce planning, improve recruiting systems and processes, monitor performance metrics, coach recruiters, and strengthen sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience managing technical recruiters or sourcers and delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and executive leadership on complex technical hiring initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and experience using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
- Coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
- Ability to build relationships across technical organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience improving recruiting operations, processes, and organizational scalability.
- Project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers.
- Own recruiting execution across multiple technical organizations.
- Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Product, and executive leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Design and optimize recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and tooling.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting strategies.
- Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, interviewer utilization, and recruiter productivity.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Use market data, competitive insights, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategy.
- Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and technical talent movement.
- Improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, hiring manager partnerships, and candidate experience.
- Champion inclusive hiring and structured interviewing practices.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and recruiting technologies.
