About the Role

You will drive operational and supply-chain initiatives across business units. You will optimize sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment; manage risks; harmonize processes and KPIs; analyze performance data; create reports and dashboards; support planning, integration, and transformation projects; and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field
Five to eight years of operations, supply-chain, manufacturing, procurement, consulting, or related experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects and process-improvement initiatives
Knowledge of supply-chain management and operational-excellence methodologies
Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Project management and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives
Identify and implement operational-efficiency and continuous-improvement opportunities
Optimize end-to-end supply-chain performance
Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, capacity constraints, and supplier dependencies
Coordinate operational and supply-chain projects across subsidiaries
Harmonize processes, KPIs, governance, and best practices
Establish and monitor operational performance indicators
Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, acquisition integration, and transformation projects
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and partners
