Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar role
• Financial acumen and budget ownership
• Experience with hiring and recruiting operations
• Executive presentation development
• Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and project management platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing budget, forecasting, and reporting
• Build spend visibility by team, channel, and program
• Support budget planning cycles
• Manage headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview logistics
• Standardize marketing hiring processes
• Coordinate marketing updates, leadership meetings, and all-hands
• Develop board decks, executive readouts, and strategy documents
• Oversee marketing technology evaluations, procurement, onboarding, licensing, and renewals
