About the Role
You will lead the design, scaling, and integration of simulation tooling for V-BAT and future aircraft. You will manage specialized simulation engineers, align priorities across engineering disciplines, maintain simulation processes and documentation, and report roadmaps, release plans, and status to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects

Responsibilities
- Design, track, and report simulation roadmaps and release plans
- Align simulation needs and priorities across engineering teams
- Hire and manage specialized simulation engineers across multiple locations
- Collaborate with software, autonomy, and aerodynamics engineers to ensure simulations reflect real-world conditions
- Create and maintain simulation tooling processes and workflows
- Drive simulation best practices
- Build and maintain documentation and leadership dashboards
