About the Role
You will own the autonomy performance framework, including metrics, dashboards, and release decisions. You will detect and prioritize issues, drive root-cause investigations, coordinate fixes across systems, establish release gates, monitor production performance, and use Python, C++, and SQL to debug and validate improvements.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Robotaxi autonomy-performance measurement framework
- Build and run the end-to-end performance-improvement loop
- Lead cross-functional execution toward performance outcomes
- Define and enforce performance release gates and regression detection
- Own readiness calls, post-release monitoring, and incident follow-through
- Use Python, C++, and SQL to debug issues and validate improvements
