About the Role
You will lead engineers across AI manufacturing, mechatronics, automation, software, and databases. You will develop and deploy production technologies, oversee controls and software systems, own production data architecture, and translate production needs into technology roadmaps delivered at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 8 years of relevant experience, a relevant master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or 15 years of hands-on production technology and engineering experience
- At least 3 years of engineering-team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience across at least two production technology disciplines
- Production software or database development experience
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, C#, structured text, SQL, or relevant platforms
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices in industrial or manufacturing contexts
- Ability to operate within OSHA, ITAR, and hazardous-materials regulatory environments
- U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers across AI manufacturing, mechatronics, automation, production software, and database development
- Develop and deploy AI-driven manufacturing systems and mechatronics solutions
- Oversee PLC programming, robotic-cell integration, HMI and SCADA systems, production software, and equipment interfaces
- Own production database architecture and data infrastructure for process, traceability, quality, and operational data
- Translate program and production requirements into technology development roadmaps
- Manage the project portfolio and deliver production technology on schedule and within budget
