About the Role
You will hire, train, and lead a team of SDRs. You will manage quota performance, coach direct reports, develop enablement programs, collaborate on pipeline initiatives, report and forecast performance, and improve systems and processes that strengthen sales development output.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales development team at a SaaS company
- 1–3+ years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience
- Experience coaching SDRs to exceed performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
- Salesforce proficiency
- Familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and process improvements
- Communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of BDRs focused on enterprise and strategic segments
- Hire and train SDRs on the product, buyer personas, competition, and tools
- Oversee daily activities and quota performance
- Coach and mentor direct reports
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives
- Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Optimize systems and processes to improve team output and efficiency
- Create enablement programs to improve prospecting skills
