About the Role
You will own people data, reporting, and related operational processes. You will develop headcount, attrition, and cost reporting; improve data quality and governance; manage benefits and employee records; automate self-service reporting; work on audit-ready controls; and manage a small team.
Requirements
- At least five years of people analytics and reporting experience
- Experience delivering people operations solutions across the talent journey
- Experience with HRIS implementation or migration
- Experience building reports from scratch
- Experience resolving data quality issues
- Ability to communicate data insights, source methodology, and reporting discrepancies
- Experience operating across multiple countries and entities, including EOR or contractor populations
- Experience across the employee journey from hire to exit
- People management experience
- Experience with Rippling or BI tools and SQL is preferred
- Experience with IPO readiness, SOC 2, or SOX preparation is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own headcount, attrition, and people cost reporting
- Build executive and board reporting
- Define people metrics and reporting definitions
- Reconcile People and Finance headcount data
- Improve data quality and build preventive data checks
- Own employee data models, definitions, and governance
- Manage benefits administration and employee records
- Automate recurring reporting and enable self-service access to data
- Develop audit-ready reporting, controls, and evidence
- Lead, coach, and manage a small team
