About the Role

You will configure, test, roll out, and maintain Workday modules. You will gather requirements, validate and audit HRIS data, support releases, resolve issues, train users, maintain process documentation, and help evaluate and implement AI-driven Workday solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and production support experience
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
  • Data analysis
  • Problem-solving

  • HRIS data security and compliance
  • Configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, roll out, and maintain Workday modules
  • Gather requirements and coordinate testing cycles
  • Validate and audit HRIS and downstream-system data
  • Support system releases and enhancements
  • Train system users and team members
  • Build and maintain SOPs and job aids
  • Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday
