About the Role
You will deliver people-operations activities across assigned international locations. You will manage employee lifecycle processes, documentation, data, payroll and benefits coordination, mobility, compliance, reporting, and process improvements while supporting employees and managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, or related HR experience
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries
- Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits support
- Experience maintaining HRIS records and analyzing people data
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
- Communication and customer-service skills
- Experience improving processes through automation, systems enhancements, or continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Deliver employee experiences across onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Coordinate employment documentation, eligibility checks, systems access, payroll setup, and benefits administration
- Support managers and employees
- Maintain employee data, HR systems, and personnel records
- Liaise with payroll providers, benefits partners, and employers of record
- Support performance reviews, promotions, talent reviews, and development programs
- Coordinate international mobility, relocations, work authorizations, and transfers
- Contribute to compliance, reporting, audits, and process governance
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support new-country and entity launches
