About the Role
You will identify talent-organization bottlenecks, set priorities, and build scalable systems. You will create models, analytics, dashboards, internal tools, and data infrastructure; automate recruiting workflows; present leadership materials; and lead people-analytics initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Python
- Analytics systems development
- Ability to translate prototypes into scalable, maintainable systems
- Ability to communicate analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with talent, people analytics, management consulting, strategy and operations, or a high-intensity operating environment
- Experience building internal data platforms, workflow automation, or analytics products
- Knowledge of modern data and application stacks, APIs, and AI-enabled developer tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Talent to identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and build systems
- Address high-impact candidate research, systems audits, recruiting experiments, and team operations
- Build models, analytics, and dashboards for talent strategy and leadership decisions
- Design and build internal tools and scalable workflow-automation platforms
- Own talent data infrastructure and reporting
- Create materials for leadership updates, board decks, and recruiting initiatives
- Drive people analytics initiatives and special projects
