About the Role

You will manage recruiting operations, candidate communications, interview logistics, and applicant records. You will source candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, university career centers, and outreach. You will track recruiting metrics, benchmark tools, maintain recruitment assets, improve workflows with automation where appropriate, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the careers inbox, candidate correspondence, and response tracking
  • Assist with candidate down-selection for open roles
  • Serve as a candidate contact throughout the interview process
  • Manage onsite interview scheduling, interviewer coordination, candidate travel, and day-of support
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university career centers, and outreach
  • Manage candidate information in Workday, Interfolio, and hiring spreadsheets
  • Build and maintain a tagged candidate database
  • Track and report recruitment metrics
  • Benchmark sourcing and talent-acquisition tools
  • Collect, analyze, and report data
  • Audit the recruiting lifecycle and improve workflows
  • Maintain recruitment SOPs, FAQs, and careers-page content
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Monitor developments in AI, machine learning, biotechnology, and national security policy
