About the Role

You will own the learning and development strategy and portfolio, align learning initiatives with business priorities, and evolve leadership and manager development offerings. You will design, deliver, evaluate, and maintain scalable learning programs, tools, compliance training, budgets, vendor relationships, and impact reporting. You will also evaluate AI-driven learning tools and support AI adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related HR discipline
• Experience with manager development and portfolio ownership
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build learning solutions
• Product management experience
• Instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience using data to evaluate impact and shape strategy
• Facilitation and executive communication skills
• Vendor and budget management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and development strategy and portfolio
• Build and evolve leadership and manager development offerings
• Partner to design scalable learning tools and programs
• Manage programs from needs assessment through evaluation
• Ensure compliance training is current and tracked
• Apply product management discipline to learning initiatives
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven learning tools
• Maintain resourcing, course budgets, and vendor relationships
• Track metrics and report learning impact
